Tam Giang lagoon : The most beautiful moments on the lagoon are at sunset when it turns purple. A few fishing boats return home late with lines of casuarinas running with the skyline separating the water from the sky, with the whole lagoon’s surface shaking in the breeze. Tam Giang locals survive due to catching fish and shrimp. Men go fishing offshore. Before the sun breaks over the eastern horizon they get up to collect fish and shrimp from traps. And at dusk, they reset traps and nets.
Lang Co beach, a stunning, almost smooth seaside. We booked a car from Da nang airport to Hue with Harry. Our flight was delayed so we didn’t arrive until 12 hours after we should have. Harry was so patient and understanding about our situation. Tony our driver was absolutely wonderful. The car was spotless and his driving was really good and we felt safe. They even had WiFi in the car which was a bonus.
